We have metal lathes that range from machines that will handle a small job that is 2 to 3 mm in diameter and lengths up to 3 to 4 metres. At the other end of our services we have a lathe that has 110mm spindle bore and can take materials 1200mm in diameter and 300 wide or 225 mm diameter and 2500mm long over the apron, 3 to 4 metres in length if it is 100mm or less in diameter. We also have milling machines and a shaper that can do keyways and machine angles and flats on all types of materials such as steel, wood, brass and plastics etc. Tool cutter grinder and a tool post grinder are also available.

We have a 250amp MIG welder that can weld steel up to 12 mm in thickness, can also convert it to aluminium to do aluminium work also. Have gas welding and heating oxy-acetylene portable capabilities. Stick welding also can be offered. The stick arc welding and gas welding is offered as a mobile service that uses generators and portable gas bottles making it handy because welding can be done in most locations even isolated farms and country retreats.

From cement moulds that are 5 metres long and 1 metre wide to dog crates for the ute or trailer, or that small repair to a sewing machine or toy, we can give you a good price

We have a Macson no 2 a copy of the Cincinnati no 2 Tool Cutter grinder. With it a dividing head that is capable of 1 to 320 divisions if needed. Cutters of any type can be sharpened, shafts can be ground and objects can be ground flat.

This is a very handy grinder that allows clients to have shafts or internal bores ground out, possibly because they are too hard to machine with conventional turning techniques and tooling.
